Centrally located the hotel is close to the Asakusa and Ginza lines so you can go anywhere quickly. The Asakusa line also has a direct service to Narita if needed. The Sensoji Temple is a couple of minutes away on foot and the Skytree also a short train ride away. The local post office is a couple of minutes down the road so you can send home any extra shopping. The hotel has a rooftoop area with amazing views over to the Skytree and the river. Many restaurants and shops in the area. The apartment's bathroom and living area are spacious and having a double bunk as well as the two single beds in the family apartment means plenty of room, for a Japanese hotel. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The hotel also has a laundry with several washing machines and dryers. The staff are very helpful and speak excellent English.

This hotel was located within easy walking distance of the four train lines that pass through Asakusa, in addition to the SpaciaX luxury train to Nikko, so it was a great central hub for sightseeing all parts of Tokyo and beyond. The direct (no transfer) train from Haneda was especially helpful. A big window flooded the room with natural light and provided a great view of the riverboats passing by and the Tokyo Skytree. The rooftop terrace offered a nice view of Mt. Fuji. The on-site laundry facilities were fantastic with four washers and four dryers. The bedding was crisp and fresh and carpets were like new. The four twin beds, large dining table, kitchenette and separated en suite shower/toilet rooms are a rare find in Tokyo and make this hotel great for families or a group of friends.

This was my 2nd time staying here, and I must say that the staff is ever so friendly and lovely! They always go one step and beyond to make my stay enjoyable! They would contact the right people to answer my queries if I encountered issues during my stay, and even offer recommendations on places to eat and visit before setting off from the hotel! As usual, the hotel room was spacious and extremely clean! The Asakusa Ginza station is just a stone's throw away from the hotel, and Sensoji is just a short walk from the hotel. A bit further from Sensoji, you could access the Tsukuba Express for a 4 min train ride to Akihabara. I strongly recommend this place for anyone, especially families, who plans to stay at Asakusa!

Hi this hotel has some exceeding positives - its in an excellent location, and has a well equiped room with kitchen facilities and dining table, as well as super comfortable beds. The staff are particularly nice and helpful. We asked for a slightly later checkout time (an hour extra) because our child had a cough and we didn’t want to wander around much before flying out of Tokyo. The hotel policy is NO no extra time for checkout. The ridged ‘policy’ is something worth noting esp if you have a real need. This is the set by the Hotel owners / marketing team and no reflection on the lovely staff who work there. We appreciated their kindness very much, especially the Thai and Chinese staffs who were very warm.

Some people told me staying in Asakusa was a crazy idea. Nope. Literally above a train station servicing 2 lines, shortish train trips to pretty much everything we did, great view and very short walk to the main district in Asakusa. What isn't to like? The accomodation was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and even assisted with luggage transport for our next stop. Beds were comfortable and more importantly for me... it was dark in the morning (hello block out blinds). Will stay again. Family Mart downstairs made breakfast easy.
